About

The people on this page are the people you’d work with.

Grand Vision One is Nate Crannell and the Grand Vision team, and a system we built ourselves.

We learned it running our own businesses.

The team behind Grand Vision runs real businesses for a living: over 300 residential units across two states, a licensed construction firm, and a family office that serves physician households. Payroll, staff, vendors, and the weeks when all three go wrong at once.

Running them taught us what every operator learns. Most of what goes wrong isn’t a big decision. It’s the follow-up nobody owned, the task that lived in one person’s head, the thing everyone assumed someone else had done.

Then the physicians we work with in the family office described their practices, and it was the same story, with patients on the other end of it. So we built the system alongside a working practice, around what its team actually does all day.

Nate Crannell

Partner, Grand Vision One

Nate spends the working week with physician families, in the family office and as co-host of the Doctors & Dollars podcast, which has meant hundreds of conversations with healthcare leaders. Nate is the one who calls you first, is in your practice while we learn how it runs, and stays alongside your team after.

The team

The Grand Vision team

Behind Nate are operators who have run payroll, hiring and vendors for years, and who built the system themselves. They come in as your practice needs them.

Small list, on purpose.

  • You work with Nate directly.

No account managers, no hand-off to a junior team after the sale.

  • We built the system ourselves.

It isn’t someone else’s software with our logo on it. What you ask for can change what it does.

  • We start with one thing.

You see it working on the fire you named before we take on the next one.

  • Confidentiality runs toward you first.

Our commitment to protect your information is in writing before we ask to see anything. We’ll never ask you to sign an NDA to talk to us.

  • We build around you, not the other way around.

Your staff don’t learn a new system. We follow how they already work and build it to fit.

Why we keep the group small

Software companies that sell to thousands of practices need every practice to fit the software. We’d rather fit the practice. That takes time in your building and a system built around your team, so we work with a small, select group of practices and take on a few at a time. New practices are currently starting about two months out.

The practice is the engine. The family is the point.

Grand Vision One sits inside Grand Vision, next to the Grand Vision Family Office, where physician families coordinate what their practices create. They’re separate. Working with us never requires the family office, and nobody will pitch it to you.
