How we work

We start with one thing. Then we keep going.

What working together actually looks like: what we take on, what we’d need from your team, and how it grows from there.

First, a conversation about one fire.

Nate calls you, and you say where the same fire keeps starting. We walk through how we’d approach it, what we’d take on, and what we’d need from your team. It takes about half an hour, by phone or video, whichever is easier.

You don’t need to prepare anything. No numbers to pull, no documents to find. If it wouldn’t help, we’ll tell you.

Before you share anything sensitive, our commitment to protect your information is in writing. We’ll never ask you to sign an NDA to talk to us.

Then we come to your practice and learn how it actually runs.

Most software asks your team to learn it. We learn your team first.

  1. 1

    We follow the work.

We spend time in your practice, in person, with the people who handle the fire you named. Who picks it up, where it goes, what gets written where, what lives in someone’s head.

  2. 2

    We map how it moves.

We write your day down: every hand-off, every check, every place it stalls. You get to see it laid out, often for the first time.

  3. 3

    We build around it.

The system fits the way your team already works. While we’re there, each person gets their own sign-in, and we walk them through their own part.

You see it working before we touch the next thing. If it isn’t taking work off someone’s plate, we change it. We built the system ourselves, so we can.

What we take on. What we need from your team.

We take on

  • Learning how your practice runs today, by sitting with the people who do the work
  • Setting the system up around your practice, not a template
  • Bringing in the plan reports, portal checks and lists your team handles now
  • Walking each person through their own part, one team at a time
  • Changing what doesn’t fit, as we go
  • Staying alongside your team every month, not handing you to a help desk
  • Keeping it protected: everyone signs in as themselves, sees what their role needs, and every look at patient information is recorded

We need from your team

  • Some time with us while we follow how the work happens today
  • Access to the reports, portals and lists you already use
  • One person who tells us when something isn’t working
  • Honest answers about where things slip

Then the next fire, at your pace.

Once the first one is working, we pick the next one together. Teams start one at a time, so nobody has a whole new system dropped on them at once. You decide the order.

What it takes from you

  • If you run the practice day to day

Some time while we follow how the work moves, mostly us watching and asking. We do the building, and we set it up with you and your staff directly.

  • If you own the practice

We handle it with your practice lead and staff directly. You’re involved as much or as little as you want.

What it costs

It’s priced as a partnership, scoped to your practice: your locations and your teams, not per seat.

One price covers all of Grand Vision One. No add-ons, and no extra charge for anything.

You’ll see a clear number in writing, with exactly what’s included, before anything starts. We’ll tell you in the first conversation if we’re not the right fit, and that includes cost.

We set the pace together.

We don’t push your practice onto our timeline. We start where you are, with the fire you named, and add the next one when your team is ready. The question we keep asking is simple: is this the most valuable line item in your practice’s budget? If it isn’t a clear yes, we’ll talk honestly about it.

Start with the one that keeps coming back.

Tell us where the same fire keeps starting. Nate will call within one business day.
