For practice owners

Know nothing is slipping, without being the one who checks.

Notes signed and claims out the day of the visit. Every follow-up with a name and a deadline. Your team has it, you see where it stands, and a denial or a patient back in the ER stops being how you find out.

If someone on your team sent you here, it’s because they see this every day. This page is your side of it.

Nothing to prepare · Nothing to sign · You decide after

Send this to the person who runs your day

Every question still finds you between rooms.

You hired good people. The decisions still wait for you in the hallway.

Follow-ups and plan quality work nobody clearly owns. Your Medicare Advantage payments depend on that work, and when it slips, nobody can tell you where.

One or two people hold the practice in their heads. When one is out, things stop.

The only time you get to think about the practice is after everyone has gone home.

What it’s worth to the practice

You saw the patient. The money shouldn’t slip after that.

It rarely slips in the exam room. It slips in the days after: the note that sits, the claim that comes back, the plan work that never counts.

Today With Grand Vision One

TodayNotes get finished at the kitchen table, or days later.

With Grand Vision OneSigned before the patient starts the car. The note is drafted from the visit, audited and coded, ready for the provider to review and sign.

TodayCharges wait on notes nobody has finished.

With Grand Vision OneThe claim goes out the day of the visit. Checkout to claim in under 15 minutes. No billing backlog.

TodayYou find a problem when the denial comes back, and someone spends weeks reworking it.

With Grand Vision OneCaught before the payer sees it. Every note is checked against the codes and what the payer needs before the claim is sent, so fewer come back.

TodayThe plan’s report lands as one long list nobody owns.

With Grand Vision OneThe quality work your plans pay for gets done, and counts. The report arrives sorted into call lists, with a name on each.

TodayA separate tool, subscription and sign-in for every job.

With Grand Vision OneOne system, one price. No add-ons, and no extra charge for anything.

The provider reviews and signs every note. Conditions are addressed accurately in the room, supported by the chart. Your EHR stays your record.

And the follow-ups behind it. Today you ask, between rooms, whether anyone called the patient who was discharged Friday, and nobody is sure. With this in place, someone has it, the calls are logged, the appointment is on the schedule, and you can see all of that without asking.

Pick the one that costs your practice the most. We start there.

Start with that one

Your best people, supported.

The person who runs your day-to-day sees every follow-up, every report and every “do you have a second?” that never reaches you. They’re carrying more than you see. We take the chasing off their desk. They stay the one who knows where everything stands. They just stop being the only place the answer lives.

See it from their side

Not software we hand you. Not a consultant who leaves.

Most software asks your staff to learn a whole new system, which is why it rarely sticks. We do it the other way around. We come to your practice, follow how your team actually works, and build the system around it. We start with one thing your practice is tired of chasing and add the next one team by team. Your EHR stays your record.

What it asks of you: we handle it with your practice lead and staff directly. You’re involved as much or as little as you want.

Who we are

Stay independent, without carrying it alone.

Most owners we talk to have quietly thought about the exits: the hospital job, the private equity letter. The relief is real, and so is the trade. By the time someone offers to take it off your hands, relief looks a lot like surrender. There’s another option: keep your practice, keep every clinical decision, and stop carrying the business side alone.

Keep the practice. Keep every decision. Stop carrying the rest alone.

What it takes

This isn’t software you subscribe to. It’s a team that comes to your practice and a system built around it, kept running alongside your staff. So it’s priced as a partnership, scoped to your practice: your locations and your teams.

One price covers all of Grand Vision One. No add-ons: the follow-ups, the notes, the billing audit and the back office are all included.

After the first conversation, once we know what we’d actually be taking on, you’ll get a clear number in writing, with exactly what’s included, before anything starts. If the value isn’t clearly bigger than the cost, we’ll say so.

We don’t push your practice onto our timeline; we set the pace together. Because we build around each practice, we take on a small number at a time. New practices are currently starting about two months out.

  • We come to you, follow how your practice runs, and build around it.
  • One place your whole team works in, each person seeing their own work.
  • Nate and the Grand Vision team alongside your staff, not a help desk.
  • Changes as your practice changes. We built it, so we adapt it.

Who we’re a good fit for

A small, select group of owner-led, independent practices, with a particular focus on those serving Medicare Advantage patients.

Probably not a fit if:

  • Your practice is hospital-owned or private-equity-owned. The decisions get made somewhere else.
  • You want a one-time report. That’s consulting, and we don’t do it.
  • You want a login and nothing more. This is a team, not only software.

If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you in the first conversation.

Start with one thing your practice is tired of chasing.
